Steps to Achieve Your Goals

  • Start small: Break big goals into manageable actions. Instead of saying get fit, state how you you are going to get fit e.g. 20 minute walk three times a week, eat healthy 5 days out of 7, take time every day to manage stress etc. .

  • Make it specific: Decide when, where, and how often you will take action.

  • Build routines, not pressure: Attach new habits to things you already do, like stretching after waking up or preparing healthy snacks while cooking.

  • Track progress gently: Check in weekly to see what is working and adjust without guilt.

  • Prioritise rest and mental health: Schedule sleep, downtime, and screen breaks just like workouts or meals.

  • Celebrate consistency: Progress comes from showing up regularly, not from being perfect.
