Hello there, I am Linda Orrett, Health & Wellness Specialist. I am a qualified Mindfulness Coach, Stress Management therapist, Naturopath and Hypnotherapist, with over 18 years of experience.

I founded the company with the aim of helping people from all walks of life improve their physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing, naturally.

During my time in practice I have successfully worked with private clients and groups, corporate businesses and staff & patients in a large local cancer care setting.


It is my passion to spread the word about the importance of good health and how this can be achieved with the right support, advice and guidance.
